 Fill out a registration form and a payment contract.  Mail them to:

A non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 per family  must accompany the registration form.  Tuition is required on or before the first day of classes.  Please make checks payable to L'Ecole de Ballet.

L'Ecole de Ballet will accept new students in an ongoing registration, provided that there is space available in the desired class(es).
